I took out two contracts with cell c carnival mall, last year one in July 2012 and the other in December 2012, this year both blackberry's gave problems, the one the camera was not working and the other kept loosing network and freezing as well as teh scroll key not working, i took the phones in for repairs in the month of April 2013 and as a result teh cell c repair centre could not repair the handsets and gave then replaced both blackberry's with new handsets, now three months later the handsets never pick up network they more on GSM service then on edge and at teh most important times when we need to make calls or send text massages we cannot because there's no network and with teh one blackberry it has been giving some type of error massage and then switching off on it's own, and teh only way to switch it back on is to remove the battery and place it back again so that it retstarts i am higly frustrated and irritated with both teh blackberry's as well as cell c's pathetic network service, 90 % of teh time the handsets dont pick up network, and blackberry handsets on it's own are unreliable, not impressed at all with cell c
