My service was disconnected due to non payment, however Nudebt debited my account on the 01 feb, i contacted the call centre and forwarded the bank statement to [Email Removed] on monday and she never got back to me regarding the matter, i then contacted the call center again and spoke to Thulani Nyoni and he advised that once he received the pop which i send before my line will be connected within an hour which never happened. Later on i called again and spoke to Lerato who then transferred me to his Manager (Alson Mathe)
I was very disappointed in the manner that Alson communicated with me he was very rude and unprofessional saying that (ngiyaphapha and im being a difficult customer and he went on to say that i'm taking advantage because i used work there i politely told him that this has nothing to do with the fact that i used to work there i deserve the same treatment as all customers.can someone please listen to the recording of that call as i want this matter to be dealt with by management. i need my line to be connected by ASAP because i followed all the required instructions that i was given.
