Adnaan you called me yesterday and you were particularly helpful... Please contact me again as i have another query relating to my Top-UP Account. I am seriously and am in the process of writing a lawyers letter to cancel my contract you can have your phone back and that will be the last with me and Vodacom.
How can i pull an invoice and it says my account is at R599 - for my top-up - IF I AM NOT ON A TOP UP COS YOU GUYS!!! AND!!! How can you charge me R400 for airtime (a) which i didnt get) and B then charge me R190 for my handset!!! no ways im sorry the R400 top up is the price of the plan including the handset... there are no seperate charges!!!
I am so angry and i will be sending a lawyers letter to cancel my contract with immediate effect!
