MISREPRESENTING THE COMPANY TO GET

I took my contract at Wonderpark where i was told i will receive itemised billing as i actually needed this for my work. The first month which was January i never received it and after soo many calls i was then reffered to a senior whi advised me that Wonderpark should have told me that i cannot get a statement. However he will meet me halfway where every month i will highlight all calls and they will send me the itemised billing with amounts.even todaya i am still battling. Today i then received an sms which says i will pay R1300 while my contract is at R1199.When i phoned again the call centre i was told by Alson Mathee to go back to Wonderpark as they charged me for phoning 021 number. I was only told not to phone 086 numbers as they are call centres and they will charge me however the limit is only R100 which us also not right.
