I received my first SMS from nudebt on Thursday 19-09 -2013 to say I am in arrears of a Telkom mobile service. I immediately contacted nudebt to explain I have never ever had a 8TA mobile phone or contract! After speaking to several people I was eventually told to contact Telkom. On doing so I was told by Telkom that they have no knowledge of me ever having a 8 at contract with them only a landline Telkom acc and that I was in fact in credit with them. I then contacted nudebt again telling them this and was then told to go and make an affidavit and send it to them. I refused this and ask them to e- mail me this so called contract as Telkom told me to ignore this SMS from nudebt. I was also told by some else and the nudebt call centre they would investigate and phone me back quite rudely! Now one called me back. I then received on Friday 2013-09-20 another SMS from nudebt to say I need to pay the money into an ABSA trust acc 4074002397 for the outstanding 8TA acc which I don't have and never had!!!
