VERY UNHAPPY WITH MULTICHOICE SERVICE

On the 20th December I connected my dstv account and was asked to pay R139at the polokwane branch which I did and the tv was connected. On the 03rd of January my tv was disconnected and it gave me an E16 error and I tried to clear via website and sms but no luck. My partner then phoned call center on the 04th and she was told the account was paid late and a reconnection fee of R50 was required. this amount was paid via eft on the 06th Jan and the tv worked again. On the 07th the tv was again disconnected and my partner phoned call center again and she was told the reason why there was a first disconnection was because there was a R3 owed in the account (which was never communicated at plk branch on the 20th) and could not explain why was there a second disconnection but opened the tv and said the next amount due 01st Feb is R99. Today (08th Jan the tv is again disconnected and my sister contacted them and they said amount owed is R120 after explaining it was then changed to R139 01st Feb. Can you please assist on this matter as this is really getting under my skin and I am spending lots of money for phoning and querying etc... I AM VERY ANNOYED AND DISAPPOINTED by the service
