I called Autopage from yesterday to send me proof of Purchase for a Tablet that i bought from them and i was told i should call the Branch where i purchased the handset which i did and I first spoke to Evelyn who was so rude and unproffessional and promosed me to send the document as soon as she is done with what ever she was doing and in a rude manner, regardless of the urgency of this document I waited and still nothing came through when i called again she was out and i spoke to a lady that refused to give me her name and said she will call me in 15 minutes and she never did after an hour i called again and spoke to a guy that said he is busy and he cant help me now again i told him the urgency for getting this document and he did nothing and insisted that i call back later. it seems like people work with people but if you are not a walk in client they will be rude and not willing to assist you. I am suprised about this kind of behavior. I need action to be taken on that Branch especially Evelyn and i need a response ASAP.
