I previously dealt with Megan Scallard, but she is now on leave and cannot assist me. 1. Please could you send me an updated recon on my account. 2. I had a very rude call from a call center lady. I know they have a job to do, but she was abusively rude and did not listen to a word I told her. I tried to explain to her that I did have an arrangement on my account and she kept saying that I didn't. I also asked her to call me back on my cell so that I could take the call privately and she refused. She just kept on blabbing and when I asked her for her name, she hung up on me. She contacted me on my office line number: 0115185667. I know these calls are recorded. I would like this lady traced and reported for abuse and request that disciplinary action be taken against her. I would appreciate your assistance in getting this information to a senior manager in Standard Bank collections department for this to be dealt with. I am unfortunately going to take a very hard stance on this matter as I have done my best to fulfill all my obligations according to our agreement and I do not appreciate the treatment that I have received. I am seriously considering closing my accounts.
