UNFAIR PRACTICE.RIPPING CUSTOMRS OFF - CELL C

My wife took a contract with cell c Phoenix on the14.01.2013 an 2wks later the ph stopped working. Took it to Galleria on the 2.01.2014.Ph came back from repair which we only knew after WE called them on the 22.01.2014. My wife was then told byTammy that the ph cannot be repaired and that we have to accept a refurbished ph and if we not happy we must contact the repair agents to explain. How is this possible to give sum1 a sec hand ph. My wife then called the phoenix branch to c if they will help but got told the exact same thing by Wesley. I called the cust care centre and was put through to Charles (opps manager -cust care) and he at first said I need to take it up with the branch that it was purchased. After sum debating he finally agreed to help but came back with same excuse as the other 2 mangers. I then told him I would like to cancel the contract and he said it was fine and gave me a ref no (4012201871) an it will take 48hrs to sort out -NOT THE CASE. WE had to again call only to be told we have to pay R5400 B4 the contract can get cancelled. The law is that if the supplier cannot fix or repair a ph in the first months the cust is entitled to a new ph or full refund.
