I upgraded my contract on 29/12/2013 effective 01/01/2014. On 07/01/2014 on consulting with customer care I discovered that the contract was not upgraded. I contacted the consultant who said that he had forgotten to upgrade the contract. It was eventually upgraded on the 08/01/2014.
I have been using the benefits of the contract that was not upgraded. It was promised that my account would be settled accordingly. To date there has been no confirmation of the issue being sorted.
In addition, this device is now faulty. I took it for repairs on 27/01/2014 and collected on 29/01/2014. The device is still faulty
