Lost for words-Disappointed again

I was mistaken to think that Vodacom will redeem themselves after I logged my complaint via Hellopeter. I had a 29 minute telephone call conversation with a very nice lady by the name of Lomarie on Saturday 01.02.2014 and I thought great now my problem will be resolved, but to my surprise 4 days later I have not heard from anyone, although I was promised my complaint will be attended to and resolved speedily.

I explained to Lomarie what I have been through over the past 2 weeks and only requested that Vodacom give me what I was promised. But due to constant disappointed I feel Vodacom should go above in beyond to make sure I will be compensated for the trauma that I have endured over the past 2 weeks. A black Samsung mini S4 was delivered to me which I refuse to pay for, should you require payment for this unit, please feel free to bill Denver Naidoo at Interactive.

If management (Denver Naidoo) at Interactive are to useless to reply to clients complaint emails than I dont see how Vodacom (of international stature) can associate themselves with such mickey mouse company.

Ram was also a huge disappointment.

Not sure if I have wasted my time again, only time will tell.
