I did an upgrade on my phone in September 2013. I moved my contract from a data package to a top 99 pacakge. I recived the new phone but Vodacom can not not change the package type - I have been on the phone with the customer centre. Been into the a Vodastore and spoken to the online upgrade centre. They all tell me that it can only be done at the end of the month BUT IT IS NEVER DONE!!! since October thats almost almost 5 months
