I did my upgrade for my samsung galaxy note 3 in November 2013. I was told on a recorded call that I would receive my galaxy gear the following week. I collected my Phone from the head office in midrand. The following week came with no call from autopage in regards with my gear. I phoned them eventually and they told me that there is a stock problem and I would receive it the following week, this same story went on EVERY WEEK until December 2013 when I phoned Samsung and they informed me that they do in fact have stock. I eventually spoke to a team leader at Autopage who said I should receive it early Januarry but he doesn't know exactly when (how on earth can you not have an expected delivery date from any supplier?). In the last week of January 2014 I spoke to this manager again who assured me that they would be receiving stock in that week. It is now February 2014 and I have still not heard anything from them nor can they give me a date that I would be receiving my gear?!
