So I got my Note 3 on Friday lst week and MTN salesman says he will contact me shortly regarding the gear. He calls me later saying the Samsung REP confirmed the gear is part of the phone and will contact me again as soon as he receives it (As advertised in the Brochure) "Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Gear". He calls me up yesterday saying the Area manager confirmed that Samsung will not be giving the gear as part of the deal and the the customer needs to purchase it separately... at this stage I am pretty ticked off so I call Samsung SA and the lady "Gretta" REF:7112117983" says it is true. I ask her to get her manager t contact me regarding this as CPA stipulates what you advertised you will supply. She says the manager will contact me... I a still waiting. Very disappointed in this service... guys, watch out... Galaxy Note 3 is not sold with the Gear as advertised in the brochure's... What's worse is what you paying for the devise. If the gear came with it would be worth it... now I would reconsider if I could.
