DO NOT SIGN WITH AUTOPAGE, 7 months without phone!

IN JULY 2012 I handed in my damaged iPhone 4 to which insurance eventually agreed to replace it with the IPhone 5 when it comes out October early November (I was told). October passed & November with no calls still & I was told December now. Same thing in December I went back in without a call and was told January now. It had been 6 months by now. Eventually AUTOPAGE CELLULAR got stock in January & I was told 1 week. I went back a week later again without a call & I was told upgrades get preference in January then new lines in February and finally INSURANCE WILL GET LAST in March, RIDICULOUS. I must now wait for what will be 8 months. I Also would like to mention I have had an upgrade available since July 2012 but AUTOPAGE said I will forfeit my claim if I use the upgrade before receiving my claim which is a COMPLETE JOKE. I called last week to say I want a Samsung note 2 because I REFUSE TO WAIT & I WILL BE CANCELLING MY CONTRACT & moving to NASHUA MOBILE which they will agreed to GIVE ME AN IPHONE5 WITHIN THE WEEK FINALLY. I haven't even got a call back. DISGUSTING. 13 years I have been A PAYING CUSTOMER OF AUTOPAGE & AUTOPAGE WILL GIVE A RANDOM CUSTOMER PREFERENCE OVER ME.
