10 Phone calls and still no help!!!

I am having problems with my Blackberry Internet Service,

I phoned Cell C Customer Care yesterday and I was told that the problem has been sorted out. After an hour of phoning them, my phone was still not working, so I called again, and was told again that the problem is sorted out and my phone should be working.

This morning, my phone was STILL NOT WORKING, spoke to another person at technical support and once again I was told that the problem had been sorted out.

Since 2pm I have phone the customer care line about 7 times, after holding for about 10 minutes, an agent answers the phone, with no introduction to the company or himself, I ask him to put me through to technical support and he keeps transferring me to the automated service rating which cuts you off after you have rated!!!

This is really not good, I am paying for a service and getting none...
