Bad Service and Bad insurance cove

I have sent an email to Autopage on the 16/01/2013 to date I have had no response.

I have sent in a damaged cell phone on the 17/01/2013 for an insurance claim at Tygervalley Branch. They said I needed a damage report and got one at Cellectro at a cost of R50.00.
I have also had purchase another cell phone at a cost of R899 so that I am able to continue conducting business. If I had not die this I would have lost R15000.00 of business.
I have insurance for R10000 and it seems that the client's interests are not at heart when insurance is taken out or renewed for I am told the value of the phone is only R5000. So there i have been over insured. I had a blackberry and don't want another one! I would like something that would be beneficial to my business. I have been badly inconvenience with blackberry so I don't want another one. I'm on a talk 500 package and would expect to receive a handset within that bracket of contract. I think an internal audit needs to be done to determine how much I have been overcharged on insurance since I signed for insurance. I would also like compensation for the cell phone purchased.
