I repeatedly had to call the call centre to ask when my adsl was to be installed. I corrected my cintact details but still gave the technician the incorrect numbers so he couldnt get into my house when he was there. He left witouttelling anyone. I called to find out what happened. I then escalated the problen with a promise of a call back but none came. I then called again and asked for a supervisor. They were busy so was promised a call back which never came. I then rescheduled and on the day called only to find they had booked the incorrect date. I asked for a supervisor again who again was busy and promised a call back which never came.
