LYING AND POOR SERVICE

A week and a half ago I logged a fault report on my house adsl and landline. Telkom sent a fault reference number to my celphone. To the number they took from me. The following Monday, five days later, I called the call centre again to follow up. They told me a technician was dispathed for that day, Monday the 13 January. My wife had to stay home the whole day to open for the technician who would apparently come out that day. He never pitched up. Wednesday the 15 January I called once again. They told me at the call centre that all technicians were stil busy at the exchange and that is why a techy never came to my house. they once again confirmed my cellphone number and said one would call me when he comes. Still no technician. So Friday 17 January we called again... enter Craig Cloete. Craig tells us there have never been any technicians dispatched to our house for the fault. Craig refuses to patch us through to a supervisor or manager. When he reads my cellphone number, it is the incorrect number. How can my cel number on the system be incorrect if I have recieved an sms from Telkom with my fault refrence number?
It is pathetic and so third world!!! WHERE CAN I GET SOME SERVICE?!
