Iburst - not the way to go

I have been a customer of Iburst for about 2 year now and their accounts department is the worst lot of people that I have ever dealt with. I change the package from pro 10 plus to the uncapped service for R599 per month. The month that the package was change I was advised to pay R599 plus a package change fee of R99 which was payed - this is what the accounts department informed me that has to be paid. So that means from the next month the only total that is due is R599pm of which i pay R600 every month. Now I get told that there is still money that is owed to Iburst from my previous account which is utter as according to my calculation the account is up to date.

No wonder everyone that I know complains about Iburst accounts department as they do not know how to do their work. Iburst appears to be a sinking ship where the rats are trying to get as much as possible out of you before they go down.
