I thought I'll type this while waiting for Telkom to answer their phones and this after already waiting for about 20 to 30 minutes.

As per the headline, can you please assist in cancelling my Telkom line? I found another service provider with faster and cheaper options than the service currently offered by Telkom.

Ooops, the line went dead.
