When I received my January Account, I noticed that all of the sudden Blackberry BIS is activated on my account (I have a Samsung) and also has an extra "Monthly Device Pa" that was not on my previous account. I am paying R330 more this month for no apparent reason. A call has been logged to the accounts department, but 4 days later, still no feedback. The money has already been deducted from my bank account.
Another issue is, I tried to cancel my data contract with Autopage. I phone the switchboard, but as soon as they put me trough to Cancellations, the phone dies. This must be very F#%^&ing convenient for them, because the more I call, the more money they make. And they even make more money out of me because I cannot cancel my contract.
