Very bad service

There is no proffesionalism, I am deeply hurt and disappointed. My account is debited for the third time now, on a wrong date. I bare bank charges for no reason, I get paid on the 20th and our agreement is that my account must be debited monthly on that day. Last week on the 22nd my account was debit with my normal premium but then the same day I received an email to say my policy is cancelled. I spoke to Noluthando and she promoised me that it will be fixed, now suddenly I get an sms that says my account is debited with May's premium and it was already debited. This is reaaly messing up my cheque account with unnecessary charges. Angry customer.
