DEBIT ORDER CONTINUES

Despite my best efforts, Standard Bank continues to put their OWN debit order through my account every month, just so they can take the R16.00 each time it bounces.
Well done, now I have charges on the other side as well (the loan).
WHY??? Reverse it. I went into your branch cancelling ALL debit orders. This has been going on for over a year now... I want the charges reversed, ON BOTH SIDES. DO NOT PHONE!!! I do not have an hour for your consultants to verify my details in SLOW MOTION. Reverse it and fix it.
