Billing for Add service but did not get or credit

On 24th Dec 2013 is activated once off Mymeg 250. Was billed on my invoice but never got it. Log a call to have it reversed. No feedback. Activated another MyMeg250. Was billed on my Invoice but never got it. Logged a call to have it reversed. No Feedback. One of the x2 MyMeg250 was billed at R117.99 & not R59 as per rate on Vodacom site.
So in summary i was billed for x3 MyMeg250 activations at Total cost of R117.99 R59 R59=R235.99 but did not get 1Meg to use. I spoke to numerous persons, Snr persons who all promised to have this fixed & get back to me. Only one call received in Dec by Snr person Named "Monier" who promised he will get back to me. Called Vodacom today, 4th Jan 2014, to discover my Query is still been looked at since my complaint on 24 Dec 2013.

My Bill due end of Jan 2014 shows NO Credits. IF this is not resolved by 25th Jan 2014, i will place a Hold with my Bank so Debit does not get processed to Vodacom. They will get paid when they credit my account for Data i did not get!!!

Vodacom sort it out or i will leave you this year as i am due for upgrade later this year!!!
