I have a contract with a Blackberry 9300 . During the past 17 months I have sent the phone back for repairs 5 times, by the second time I asked for a new phone, that did not happen. The last time they said to repair it would cost 75% of the value of the phone, so no new phone and no repair. I still have to pay for a contract and a phone I cannot use. They said if I dont pay I will be blacklisted, but how can you pay for something you do not have. They refuse a new phone and also a early upgrade. I asked the number for the Regional Manager and I have been phoning this number for the past 2 days about 8 times a day, the phone rings and after a time goes dead. I do not know what to do anymore, I can stop the bank debit order, but again they will blacklist me.
