I would like to lay a formal complain to whom it may concern, i have a Mother who is 62 years old who has log a complain with Telkom a couple of time regarding a her phone that does not work and mainly depends on the Telephone line daily and also have to pay every time but nothing gets fixed the line started last year with the faults someone can fixed it and but the problem started again second person came and promised it won't happen again but now its the third time and its been 3 weeks since she logged a complain but no one ever showed up.
Please humbly asking can I have someone fix the line its been going on for long now.
