STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY PHONE BACK FROM REPAIRS

Booked my S3 in on 13.1.2014. Lady filled out all forms. Said 14 working days maximum. Last week I queried the progress 28.1.2014. Lady said repair centre had no track of my phone and they will get back to me. Phones me later tells me imei on page did not match the phone because the lady put my wifes imei on form instead of mine. She got my details from system. I have 2 s3 from mtn she chose the wrong one. Only then did they resend it correctly. It was sitting at branch whole time. Now lady tells me its again 14 working days from date it was resubmitted. Thats not fair because the error was on mtn side not mine. Why should I wait longer I pay 1307 every month on 3 contracts and this is the service I get. My phone is still under warranty. I asked to speak to manager who resubmitted it. Hes on leave. The stand in manager also on leave. Nobody to help me or take responsibility. I just wantednto know where my phone is and whats happening are they fixing or replacing. I need it for work. I simply cannot wait another 14 working days. That is ridiculous. Please its so inconvenient using a tablet as a phone. I pay u every month now give me proper service please I am loyal customer.
