I just received my account from Vodacom and there is a charge on the account for R440.78 for Call sponsor.

I do not have any call sponsor active on my account anymore!! And I logged complaints with Vodacom that the call sponsor is disabled but calls are still going through. So I am being charged for something that Vodacom is responsible for!

Why am I paying for something that was disabled?
