I logged a call last week with Vodacom regarding billing me for call sponsor when there is no call sponsor on my line. This is after logging numerous calls in December.
I have still not been refunded and am still waiting for feedback. Just checked and this months account and have been charged R400 again!
I have 4 contracts with Vodacom. Do you think I will stay your client if you have such an absolute disregard for my complaint???
