Vodacom cant add my VAS as they are doing monthend

Vodacom just informed me, that they can not add my VAS right now, as they are running their month end. So apart from dropping every single call, and only having 3G 50% of the time, even though I am sitting in exactly the same place in my house, they now can not active call sponsor, so I can continue using my prepaid data card. In this day and age, you would HOPE that vodacom has gotten around that, or atleast put it on hold and once they are done just activate it, but it would appear that is to difficult.
