I am getting tired of logging the same complaint every month. I do not have active call or sms sponsor on my account but again this month I have a charge of R48.76 for sms sponsor and R13.50 for call sponsor.
Vodacom, this is really getting ridiculous. Do you not know what the problem is? I was assured last month that the problem is resolved.
Please sort this out!
