Seriously, can no one do their job effectively

In December 2012 our debit order bounced.
In January 2013 I called and arranged to make a once of payment, this I paid on the 14th of January 2013 and used policy number as reference number

End January 2013 Double debit order goes of our account. i call in to inform them of this. "sorry the money doesn't reflect on your account, you must have used the wrong reference number"

I then forward the proof of payment to Stewardt.

On the 7th of February, I receive an e-mail stating our policy is in arrears and suspended (when it is not) Call in Speak to Stewardt again and then to Nadine, who promises that the payment will be loaded manually and policy reinstated.

On the 8th February debit order goes off once again.
On the 11th of February I call Nadine again. "No everything is in order"

On the 13th February I received another lovely letter claiming once again the account is in arrears and Suspended.

Called in twice left messages twice, Seems SBIS believes meetings are more important than their customers.
