I have asked and asked and asked again for someone from VOX to get back to me regarding my billing query. My line was activated on the 5th of December and I want to find out when the money will be deducted from my account, since its been more than a week already. Elize tried to assist me with no success, I logged numerous calls to Support with no success, I sent an email to the escalation process AND YET NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!!!
Today I get a call from someone to advise me about a call I logged or rather a call Elize logged for me more than a week ago regarding the same billing query. I don't know why she phoned me because she couldn't answer any of my questions or even the one she was phoning about - When will the money be debited from my account for the activation?
Every other question I asked her she just said that I am not in the billing department so I am not sure. She couldn't even tell me what day my debit order will run for January or what my debit order date is. Her call was pointless to me because I still don't have an answer to when are they deducting the money from my account and what is my debit order date.
I EXPECT A SATISFACTORY ANSWER ASAP!!!
