In December 2013 (before Christmas) I applied for an ipad contract at MTN Hoedspruit. it was approved, but no stock. First week in January I went to the shop to follow up, and saw that the Ipad AIR was available, so i changed my application. But No stock. Since then I've been phoning for updates, but I only get the same answer "we will let you know" on the 21st of January I got the answer "we will phone you back before lunchtime" but that didn't happen. I was in the shop once, where the answer was "you must give us 2-3 days for an answer" BUT STILL NO ANSWER! THEY DONT PHONE BACK! I did put in an complaint with MTN customer care, BUT ALSO NO RESPONSE YET! I have 2 cellphone contracts with another supplier, and I was planning on moving it all to MTN, but with this service??? I really don't know what to do with this. They don't seem to care.
