I have had no internet for the past month. I have tried contacting youm via your company via the various measures and yet i have had no response.
I eventually waited 25 mins waiting to get through to your call centre only to be told i would be called back.
I am still waiting for this return call.
Please will someone conact me as i would like to cancel my account.
