Response from Afrihost is unacceptable

Hi,

I have recently changed my ADSL line to Afrihost. After numerous calls that i had made to Afrihost, they eventually assisted in giving me the package that I want and that is where my problems start

For the last 3-5 days i haven't had internet service and I have made afrihost aware on numerous occassions. They were sending me from pillar to post and I was not happy with the service or the response that they were giving me.

I thene decided that I want to cancel my service because I am currently not enjoying any service from them. They are telling me that it would be cancelled at the end of the month because they have already billed me for this month. I want my money because I am not using the services. They are now teling me about their terms and conditions; granted but then again the internet was supposed to be working and if I had access I wasn't going to have issues but now I have nothing.

So I want to be reimbursed my money because I am using none of their services. Worse their agents are not helpful.
I regret the day I moved my DSL line from Axxess. Since having the Uncapped package with Afrihost I have only experienced anguish. I rue the day i trusted you
