Absolute pathetic service. I got a afrihost modem and Mobile data from them. Before i applied for this i phoned them and ask if they have 3g coverage in the Sasolburg area, the assured me that they have "lightning fast" internet in this area and that i do not have to worry about the speed. I received my modem 5 days ago and to this day i could not even download an email that is how slow it is. I tried sms help to their 32541 number about 5 times now they responded once and that was at 8 in the evening and because i do not stay close to work the could not check my connection, I tried contacting their call centre and after waiting twice for about 15 minutes i gave up. I get no response via email, i cant even get hold of them to cancel my service. THIS IS PATHETIC DO NOT USE AFRIHOST
