I reported that my phone line was not working over three weeks ago (10 January 2014)! Two different men from Telkom have come on to my property to fix other people's lines... I have now received an SMS to confirm my line has been fixed. It is not fixed... I have now tried time and time again to report the phone again and still can't get anywhere! Who can help me?
