I haven't had internet since the 31st of December 2013. I got told technicians would fix the line, nothing has been done. when i phone the call centre i wait at least 20 mins before anything is answered. when the first bunch of people can't help me I get escalated to another division. they will also do another escalation to see what the problem is and I still have no response or internet. On top of all that i get billed over R900 for something that hasn't been working and on the bill it shows calls and internet has been used on my line. (how this is possible i don't know). Every day I phone and get told the same thing and it always gets escalated and nothing changes. I am tired of waiting for something that should be working. Someone please help.
