Vodacom
Is there any hope for this country?

All I wanted was the 4 digit PIN for a sim card contained in a Modem I have never used. I have lost / mislaid the back up documentation. Reason: Eskom black out today, can't use my wireless network, didn't have the time to sort out the genny. I contacted Vodacom's Customer "Care" (ha ha ha ha Care!..LMAO) in big capital letters, what a bunch of! I started trying to get this diminutive piece of information at 2.00pm, finally got it shortly before 5pm, lost count how many phone calls. I have the CEO's direct cell-phone number, or so I am led to believe. I even tried him having been left hanging 15 minutes at a time (recorded on the cell-phone) Sounds like he's high all day, he told me to speak to Olga, the Call centre Exec on 082 1949... sorry Jusus, I would have thought as one CEO to another, you would have some idea how your organisation works. That number is only for dealers. Clearly, you lead by example. I'm not going to go into the whole story, what's the point? Stupid is like being dead. If you die, everyone knows your dead except you. Vodacom management downward, we all know how poor your service is, except you.
