Reactivation of Cell Phone Numbe

My father, Ronald Gregory Stevens has been contacting your company many times since 2013/03/20 in connection with the reactivation of his mobile no.082 256 7189.He contacted your call centre who he requested to reactivate his number and use it as a pay as you go instead of being on a contract. All he got after being transferred from person to person and on going apologies is that it will be done and yet nothing has been done and no one has contacted him back. What has happened to Vodacom? Vodacom was the network leader but has it lost its Captain? Or is it that it could not care less about its rapid loss in market share to the likes of Cell C? It's no use promising and not delivering because that gives you a bad name.

We would appreciate it if Vodacom contact us immediately and reinstate his mobile number on a pay as you go basis.

Look forward to some sort of response that is if Vodacom still care about their brand and image!
