No Communication

On 17 Jan 2014, an consultant called me about a cellphone contract, I gave him all my details and he said the handset will be delivered in 10 days. I then received an sms to say someone has called me. No one has called me and now when I try to follow up no one answers the call center number and no one answers at any of the CAPE TOWN Stores, please assist kindly.
