Phone was checked in on the 21 December 2013.
Consultant advised that it would take 14 working days to receive the phone back because the phone is still under guarantee.
Tried calling through to the customer contact centre of which you will be lucky if someone answers the phone. I called the shop directly opposite them to ask if someone could just take a walk over and find out if my phone had been received and they advised that they would and call me back of which it was not done.
Called and called with no response from a manager for both stores. Finally called through to contact center and Ashish answered of which he also advised that he would have a manager call me and that my phone would be ready by the 10 January 2014.
I called in today to inquire about my phone of which an African gentlemen answered and spoke extremely rude to me and that had made me more irate then I already am.

I have never received such poor service from such a huge and well known company. Over this period that I have been without my phone I have had to incur additional expenses of over R700.00 for my cellphone bill.

I would like to pay off this contract and end it with Vodacom.
