It is now the 07/01/2014, since the 21/12/2013 nothing has happened concerning Virgin Mobile taking money off my banking account. i have called on 3 occassions from a landline and waited for almost an hour and no outcome, who is going to cover that costs, definately not Virgin. I have spoken to 4 different people and none of them could help including a manager. This is the 4 people i have spoken to, Mpho, Sithembila, Lerato and the manager Herbet. i was promised by all 4 of them that this will be sorted out since the 21/12/2013, i was first told it could only be done on the 23/12/2013, nothing. Called in, i was then told it would be sorted out on the 30/12/2013 and nothing. I called in again and i was then told the whole of the finance department is off till the 06/01/2014 and i was told i was going to get a call back on the 31/12/2013. It is now the 07/01/2014 and i still have not received any response from anybody. I am disgusted at the service i have received and i would like answers and be compensated for my calls as well as my money credited back into my banking account before the end of this week or i will take legal action. As well as making sure that line is cancelled.
