I am very unhappy with the service of Cell C. My managing director lost his cell phone in America last Friday. He phoned me to ask if I would go to the local Cell C office to get a replacement sim card and port his number. I went to Cell C in North Gate, Randburg on Sunday. I waited 15 minutes before anybody spoke to me, I explained the problem and the person in the shop was most unhelpfull, I phoned my MD's wife and spoke to my MD from the shop. The assistant in the shop refused to speak with to understand his problem. I feel the lack of customer service from Cell C is kind of disgusting. I was told he must call the head office so they can help her in person.!!! how would he have called head office when he was at the States without a phone.
