At this point in time I'm beyond fed up with Cell C. After contacting the head office and going to the recommended shop where I had to spend about an hour of my time to try and un-blacklist my handset. We filled in the form and the guy at the shop spoke to and specifically asked how to go about un-blacklisting the phone without the ITC number as we did not have it. reply was that we must just fill in the form and state on there were it was requested, that we could not remember the ITC number and when they receive the un-blaclisting form they could complete my request. This was the sms I received from them 3 days later:
Good day, Thank you for contacting Cell C. Kindly note that your handset could not be UN-BLACKLISTED due to no ITC REF NUMBER. REGARDS CELL C.
This is ridiculous, and not something I expect from a network where I actuallly pay for service. At this stage I can't wait for my contracts to expire so that I can just move to another network.
