My friend and i were very interested to buy an I phone 5 from cell c and the Sandton branch tells us that they have stock, i call the head office to help me with more details and they tell me no we will not sell you the product which is advertised so well everywhere especially on their website, i then said can you put me on a back order and still Cell c refused to help and especially how unpleasant the sales person was on the phone.
I am currently with another service provider and was prepared to shift over to Cell C
but it seems as Cell C does not need anymore people to support their network.
Maybe Hello Peter can help or maybe Cell C customer service can assist but that's my guess.
