MTN charged me R2132.05 data usage in one night.
I am on a 1200 package, meaning my data and calls should come to no more than R1200 per month.
The reaosn I am on this package is to get the best in bundle rate.
They summarily told me the reason for the high debit amount was that I used and 1277492224 data in a night, on out of bundle rates.
I am a regular visitor to the store and have asked repeatedly to be put on a package that means I get "no surprises".
Well this is a surprise.
MTN, get real, get with the program, find your integrity and treat clients fairly.
The CPA will hear of this as you are in breach of contract.
I am a reasonable person and want to resolve this.
