I booked my Z10 in on the 26th of December with a system fatal error message. Vodacom confirmed on the 9th of Jan the phone cannot be repaired and must be exchanged. They then told me they have no Z10's in the whole of Vodacom (although they are advertising them on special) and that I could have a z30. I eventually got this sorted on the 30th of Jan and went to Tygervalley to fetch my phone only to be told I have to pay in R3500!!! This was never mentioned to me NOT ONCE!! I phoned Thelma the manager at the repair centre and she tells me she told me this - well, my calls are also recorded and she never told me... All I want is my Z10 but Vodacom is too busy making money of customer to actually give service... been with them for 20 years and never left - now looking else where and this is a corporate account with 5 phones... job number 9495475
